Contribute FeedbackSushi Taro offers a mixed dining experience. While some find the food, service, and value to be average, others rave about high-quality sushi, hibachi, and attentive staff. However, inconsistencies in food quality, service, and overall experience have been noted, such as overcooked steaks and hair found in the food. The restaurant's ambiance and presentation of dishes receive praise, with some mentioning a lack of taro items despite the name. Overall, opinions vary, making Sushi Taro a spot worth trying for those seeking sushi and Japanese cuisine, but mixed reviews suggest some may prefer other local options.
I have been a loyal patron of Sushi Taro for years now. The sushi here is absolutely fantastic. The fish is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality. The vegetables, especially the avocado, are bursting with freshness from the first bite. The soy sauce is rich and flavorful, and the white sauce is simply the best. Overall, every aspect of the dining experience at Sushi Taro is top-notch. I give it a perfect score of 10 out of 10. I cannot get enough of this place!
I feel like I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a sushi restaurant. While in town working on a TV show, I discovered this amazing spot.
This restaurant is the definition of average. The food, service, and value are all just okay. I didn't have high expectations when I arrived, but the food didn't impress me. The fish was not very fresh either. The prices are higher than other restaurants in the area.
Service was distracted and rushed. Didn't think the fish was that fresh and my sushi rice was a little on the harder side and didn't hold together at all when I picked it up to eat. Was hoping for better.
This used to be one of my favorite places to go. Prices were reasonable and food great. We did takeout tonight it was very bland. Usually there's tons of flavor. Steak was way over cooked and dry too. After a few bites I see a hair. Super gross. I tried to keep eating and found another hair. It happens but more than one, too much. I called and just got an apology. Very upsetting as I was craving food from there all week. Not running back there anytime soon.
