Crave Kitchen Cocktails

We brought my brother to Crave. We were in Crave before and it had a favorable impression, but this visit strengthened us as loyal repetition customers. The meal started great, during dinner we had several managers to check with us. We had the Mac and cheese appetizers that are wonderful because of the high quality of the cheese they use. For Entrees we ordered the seafood Pasta, Scallops and Pork Milanese. The pig and the scallops were delicious, but there was a problem with the way the pasta was prepared. We beat over our server and asked him to replace the meal he did happy. Kory was one of the managers who checked us during the meal. When we told him about the pasta thing, he took the time to listen to us and even thank us for our honesty! Then he entered action to ensure that the kitchen prepares something new for us ASAP. Kory went beyond and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. He asked us what desserts he offered us in the house and took care of a generous part of our bill. When we left dinner, we really felt like VIP diners. They say in business a happy customer tells a friend and an unhappy customer says the world, but I feel it really important to share outstanding customer experiences like our dinner in Crave. Managers like Kory and his team are able to take a bad situation and turn it into an excellent experience. We will definitely return customers to Crave!

Great food and service. The best she crab soup and plank salmon I have eaten!

We are visiting the area from out of state. I found this restaurant on Trip Advisor. Both my husband and daughter ate the mac-n-cheese with pulled pork. I had crab cakes and risotto. All of it was amazing! The place is a bit pricey, but the food is very very good, as is the service!

Eating my leftovers from this hidden gem and wishing I was actually there again! I made a reservation based on the review I read on OpenTable and can honestly say my family and I were truly impressed with this establishment. Excellent food, excellent service. Can't wait to return on our next trip to Charleston!!!

Our second time here and never disappoints. Service is outstanding. And the food? Excellent. The fish and chips special was delicious. Don't let it deter you that it's in a strip mall. The place is probably overlooked because of it. The scallops are also very good as well!
