We live in Grand Rapids, my engagement is from Mt Pleasant. Every time we get into town, Taco Boy is a must. Usually it's the first place we stop. I didn't try much on her menu, but I know that the Tacos are perfection and the hot sauce fits perfectly!
I went first to Toco Boy in 1976, while I went to the CMU and followed them i each location move. There were times when I drove out the hour to make the stop. This place is really one of the best in the state
Good food and service. I liked the more domestic flavors of food, especially the green meat burrito with beans. The chips with cheese really felt cheap and the cheese was dry and crusty within about 3 minutes. Skip this and you will be good. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean when something dark, and the bathrooms were good.
Taco Boy is a hidden Gem along Mission street in Mt Pleasant! I their food is homemade and delicious!! I will eat there anytime!! The staff is amazing too!
Friends PLEASE DISREGARD Alan Martinez 's very RUDE review about his food being moldy it 's a complete lie......he was intoxicated and being very obnoxious and disrespectful to the cashier to start out with.....i personally was there when he was acustomer and I was appalled at his behavior. He was politely asked to lower his voice and speak respectfully to which he saidright out loud I 'm going on your review page and I 'm gonna run your name through the dirt So I 've been watching for hisreview to stick up for taco Boy because Alan Martinez is a liar. I grew up eating taco Boy since I was a little girl. My motherwas a single mom and she worked for Bob Sr. Bob Jr. For many years. Bob Sr. Was like family, he treated his employees andcustomers like one big happy familia '. The quality of food has always been superb and the friendly customer service always putsa smile on my face. I highly recommend Taco Boy to any and all who enjoy Mexican food. You simply won 't find another place thateven comes close to his delicious family recipes!! Thank you Taco Boy for your wonderful service and delicious food! You areappreciated!!
