Not the best service and very slow. Place an order online, they were from several items I ordered. Instead of someone who calls or sends an e-mail to notify us, they waited until 30 minutes later to get the food, then tell us that they were from several articles, so we had to wait another 30 minutes until chicken pliers and pommes are cooked.

Great experience here last night. We ordered over $100 foods and the only thing that even close to being good was the caramel cake. Chicken pliers WAY cooked over and were more like chicken vinegar. Potato soup was disgustingly no bacon or cheese, only very boiled potatoes and broth. Cheese wedges were barely cooked and the pasta was also old and coarse. Needless to say we will never order from them again!

I wanted to try. Have seen some of these places. I was disappointed. Fish and chips were lousy, worst. Cajun Chicken Pasta. Sad attempt. Normally, I would give places a second chance. Not this time. Never go back. I suggest no one else does.

The first and last time in this place. I'm glad you're running COOK! My son ordered shrimp pasta, it was so dry. My steak and chicken pliers were burned. I talked to the manager and he brought more about cooked chicken benches. It was a total waste of money.

Slow service. Place was nearly empty. Ordered medium rare steak. Got nearly well done cold steak. Waitress checked once to see if everything was ok.....before the meal was delivered.
