We thorougly enjoyed dinner at ilPasto on a Friday night. The service was excellent and there were many menu choices that we fancied. The Lasagne and creme brulee were particularly good but all 4 of us really liked all courses. Highly recommended! View all feedback.

We booked for 6 people for 6.45 and arrived on time. We ordered starters as we were all hungry and ordered our mains at the same time. By 8.30 our mains had not arrived, despite other patrons arriving and eaten their mains. When our mains finally arrived, my daughters meal was cold and had to ask for them to re heat it. My husband and I could not eat our meals as it was extremely salted. We told the staff but weren't that interested. Sent an email to the restaurant to make them aware but they didn't bother responding. Our family and friends will not be going back.

Really nice restaurant locally, but unfortunately it has closed down in Mount Hawthorn. The inglewood branch does not have as nice a menu specially vegetarian options.
We have eaten here at least half a dozen times on various nights of the week. The food and service are consistently excellent. The house made pastas are particularly good and the goat chops are not to be missed.
I went to this place for my Bday last Friday night expecting a lovely dinner with my family but I was extremely let down to say the least!! I ordered the stuffed artichokes for entree which I had been excited to order for weeks leading up to going; when I cut into my SECOND artichoke something rolled out of a black tunnel in the bottom of it. It was a fat white caterpillar : I nearly threw up I was so disgusted!! What was worse, it had been chopped into so I probably ate part of it already!!! Horrible!!! Then they delivered to my 11yr old sister, raw fish for her dinner as they didn 't cook her meal properly and gave us the excuse of 'well sorry but the kitchen is very saturated tonight ' Ummm yeah thanks? I 'll just put up with caterpillars and raw fish then? Cheers... We decided to cut our losses during the main as they weren 't particularly good especially after our appetites were ruined earlier. I will definitely not be back; nor will I be eating fish or artichokes again any time soon. Thanks for a great birthday Il Pasto not!
