Sorrentos Cafe - Mount Gambier

Most expensive coffee in town, plus surcharge on public holiday and make you wait 20 minutes for a coffee coz they are understaffed.. what a joke

I know times are tough but the meat was inedible. Deserts so stale even microwaving them couldn't revive it.

We met for Brunch but we’re rushed to get our order in by 11.30 and then waited for an hour before receiving our meals. Food was fine and coffee was good. Service was ok but orders got mixed up and delayed.

We attended Sorrento for breakfast on a Friday morning at 9.30ish. The staff were polite and seated us and took our coffee order which arrived promptly. Then the breakfast order! More than 30 minutes later, no sign of breakfast, in fact no sign of any kitchen staff! Our meals arrived after several other tables who ordered after us and well after our coffees were finished). At least we got coffee first! It was obvious that others didn’t. Inefficient, slow and not satisfying. Don’t bother.
