Meat fell off the bone. Ribs was very tender and delicious.The ribs were so good that I went back and purchased a smoked butt. Which made excellent barbecue sandwiches. I highly recommend Wood Smoke u0026 Eat. Good value, good service.
Wow!! Seriously the BEST pulled pork BBQ I have ever had. Josh and I have traveled alot and have tried alot if different BBQ. From Brazil to Memphis and we find the best here in Mount Carmel at Wood Smoke Eats It was tender, juicy, and had a savory smoky flavor. I'm a sauce girl but I refused to put sauce on this because it was so good! Thanks for taking the leap and finally starting this up!
My ribs were excellent. Cooked perfect and seasoned amazingly. I highly recommend trying them out.
Meat on the rack of ribs is very tender meat fall off the the bones and very delicious.
