Mcdonald's - Morton Grove

This McDonald's location was very clean. The staff was friendly, and the food was, well, normal McDonald's food. I didn't wait until my order was taken. The frits were not very hot as they had spent a considerable time under the heat lamp. Other than that, my order was correct and came in time.

A girl took our order, and she was really friendly. She even came by the table to check if we needed anything else. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name!

I placed a drive-thru order, and the food was delicious and served hot. However, I wish the person taking orders had better hearing. They misheard my order and noted everything as a quantity of four instead of one.

My kids love McDonald's and always ask to go there. Since the drive-thru was too long, we decided to go inside instead. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly. The staff at the counter were very friendly, informative, and attentive to my order, showing great professionalism. Our order was taken quickly and everything was correct. While we waited for our food, we noticed that all the tables were clean. The food was freshly made, and the fries were hot and crispy. Everything was prepared in a timely manner. We just wanted quality food, and McDonald's never disappoints my kids. They were really happy with their burgers and fries. I have no complaints about this McDonald's location!

I visit it today at 19 o'clock for an ice and ashley was super helpful and super clean she had gloves on hands and serviettes around our ice blankets when she handed it to us. Thank you. ashley, you're the best.
