Cafe Koco Bowl - Morton Grove

Cafe Koco Bowl has become my favourite place to get boba! The tapioca pearls are perfectly soft, chewy and consistent. Their flavours are delicious too! The staff here is always super friendly and courteous as well. I like to come with my laptop when I need to get schoolwork done it's much easier to study with a bubble tea and a bowl of ramen!:

Went in and there was no line; as it was only our 2nd time there, we did not know what to get right away. The lady at the counter (one of the managers or possibly owner), seemed irritated that we did not know what we wanted. She said with a very rude tone, “there is a kiosk to order, just go order there.” When I was ready to pay I leaned in to see the order on the screen to make sure it was accurate, and she shooed me away with her hand. Small and cute place. I tried the sliced loaf cake and brow sugar boba tea — both were delicious.

Crazy sweet! I ordered 75% sugar level but the sweetness is comparable to 150% sweetness elsewhere. I had to dilute it with tea to fix this issue. I managed to make a second full cup of milk tea after diluting it. Milk tea tastes average or below average as well. Regretted driving 35 mins to this place. Shop was totally void of customers when I entered. I gave an extra star for the tapioca because it’s soft and chewy.

Food is sooo good especially considering the price. and the staff is so friendly ️ lot of delicious drink options, i would recommend the brown sugar tea
