Hibiscus Grill Jamaican - MORRIS PLAINS

Jerk Chicken was great. Good level of spice and the cabbage and carrots were well flavored. Other veggies were flavorful. The plantains were excellent. Tostones we're good too salted which wasn't necessary but I liked it.

I love this place. From the oxtails to the curry chicken, beef patties, and the rice and beans always cooked to perfection! Everything is so tasty and delicious! Don't forget that delicious bread pudding!

The curried goat was not good at all. It was mixed with some other meat and it was pink on the inside. The rice and peas taste like garlic. I'm so disappointed.

This is my second time ordering from this place. Im pregnant and craving some good jamaicain dish. The first time the order was missing items but this time around the oxtail was so hard, I couldnt even eat it. I also chose a side of plantain and got two slices of plantain with my meal. I really wanted to givethis place a try but you can't pay $30 for a meal that sucks.

I did not like the food. I ordered *LS* Island Stew Chx it was more like baked chicken. There was no stew about it...no sauce...the rice was mediocre really not appealing. the only thing that was good were the veggies and plantains. It was not authentic stew chicken at all.
