Contribute FeedbackChili's evokes mixed feelings among diners, reflecting a spectrum of experiences. While some guests rave about flavorful appetizers, like the Triple Dipper and Southwest Egg Rolls, others express disappointment with main dishes, such as overcooked ribs and overly smoky fajitas. Service can be hit or miss; some patrons enjoy excellent attention from bartenders and servers, while others recount encounters with unprofessional hostesses and slow responses. Still, many appreciate the restaurant's clean atmosphere, affordability, and quick service during busy hours. Overall, Chili's maintains a nostalgic charm, though recent experiences have prompted customers to consider their dining options more carefully.
This was the best Chili’s experience my husband and I had in several years! When we arrived, the hostess held the door open for us and greeted us. We were sat immediately despite there being a small crowd. Our server and her trainee were very friendly and gave prompt service. The food came out quickly, was hot and tasted great! Our drinks were always filled as well. The manager also came by our table a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thanks for making this a great experience for us. We will definitely be coming back!
Came in for lunch with my sister and sat in the bar area...Josie is an amazing bartender. I shared that today was my birthday and she recommended the Blue Cruzan margarita....boy was it delicious..I had two of them. I also had the cheeseburger which was also delicious..just forgot to take that picture!
Have not eaten at Chili's for years. We stopped in for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised the place was very clean and the food was really good. Have their Blackberry tea it was very tasty. Are waitress was wonderful very helpful and friendly
The food was good and service great. Our watress was super. Gerald Jeanne Hart
My wife and I ordered fajitas at this restaurant, with me choosing the chicken and shrimp combo and her opting for just chicken. Unfortunately, both of our chicken portions were bland and lacked seasoning, while the shrimp was overly seasoned. Despite the shrimp being too seasoned, what bothered us the most was the complete lack of flavor on the chicken. When my wife called to voice her complaint, they dismissed her concerns. We have been loyal customers at this establishment for years and have never had such a disappointing experience before. We spent more than $100 on our meal for four people. The service was good, but unfortunately, it couldn't make up for the poor quality of the food. In the end, we had to order food from another place because my wife couldn't eat most of her meal.
