Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The past two experiences in going to this Freddy’s were not the best. We had our order messed up meaning they missed some of our food items and then the chili on my chili dog was cold. The lights on their menu board were off and we had to request them be put on.

When they first came to town, we loved coming here. I have given them chance after chance and I just have decided never to go back. The entire restaurant smells like sewage when you walk in, and this has been this way for at least the past year. Employees are extremely rude, disrespectful, lacking knowledge and food takes forever and isn't that good when you get it. Cannot NOT recommend this Freddy's enough. Sad but they've had so much time and been given so much feedback from so many without any change.

Priced a bit high but it is good-tasting food and pretty quick service. No drive-thru window I had to wait in line for them to carry out my order. Friendly though.

Freddy's is one of my favorite burger places. I was a little bummed because they didn't have their regular, shoestring fries that I love so much. The replacement was ok... but it wasn't what I was hoping for. Otherwise, it was Freddy's.

Seems short on staff. Not very clean for the floor needed swept and several tables needed wiped. Bathroom was out of TP, I reported.7/27/2023 update: went in today. Seems to have staff training and staff covering to get things rolling better. Staff more interactive and happier today.
