An innovative concept on healthy eating. You choose a salad base (mesclun, spinach shoots, quinoa or noodles) then add 4 ingredients to choose from a wide range. You choose your sauce and your personalized salad is ready! Even for dessert with a base of compote or white cheese and the possibilities are endless. You treat yourself for a small budget while eating healthy! I highly recommend it!
