What Consumer 101 doesn't like about Ransom's Steakhouse Saloon:
My initial impression of the restaurant was not great. However, I’m willing to give it another try. I ordered a 12oz medium-rare sirloin steak, but it was quite tough, and I ended up leaving half of it on the plate. The menu mentioned that the steak was aged for 2-3 weeks. On a positive note, my wife enjoyed her hamburger steak, and the sides were good as well. View all feedback.

The steaks were excellent and the sides were delicious too.
Olga was our server about 6 months ago (we live in Austin) and she even remembered our whole order from our first visit in Our favorite steakhouse
17 of us came in a little after 19:00 hrs. Place closes at 20:00. We stayed an extra hour and the manager was talking about the group to her employees and we heard it. Great food and waitress did an outstanding job. Sorry for the inconvenience to your manager and staff.
Food was just okay, definitely not what I expected. Also staff could use training.
