Donuts always great. The issue I have was we had a pickup order and we called ahead and were told we could go into the store for pickup. Not true parked and went to the door but it was locked, so had to get back in the car and go through the drive up pickup window. My point is if you call the store you should get the right information when you call.

Fresh doughnuts, stale communication and customer service; is all about smiling . man or woman should smile and always be kind.

Many people rave over krispy crime and if they like their airplane glazed donuts, then it's a good place, but I'm not worried about them and they didn't have any of the things I usually have.

I am blown away by the outstanding customer service at the ATL HWY location. Every time I go, there is a lady named Tina there. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure your experience is one of a kind- not something I am really used to finding anymore. She is extra nice to the kids I bring in and always finds any discounts she can for us. I really appreciate her amazing help and personality!
