Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Montgomery

Arrived from out of town earlier than planned so decided to sit at the bar instead of our scheduled table. Food was good service could have been better.

In consistent service. Steaks over cooked. Medium rare ordered but medium well was served. Margaritas we served in different glasses sometimes salted not salts. Basically no standards are set and workers do what the please.

I had a reservation set for 6:15. I arrived a 6:10 to check in. I realized that the families that were already there were seated and then they started calling ppl that came in after me. I went to the front desk and was told that there were no booths available but quite sure the family sat at a booth. It was about 6:45-50 and I just decided to sit at the bar which I really did not want to do. I ordered the wings, they were somewhat dry. My salmon salad was good and my server behind the bar was pretty good as well.

Ours was a table for two. The table was not level. The iced water glass slid off the table by itself five seconds after it was placed on the table by the waiter. Other than this, everything was great! Excellent waiter. Thank you!

I’ve eaten at Firebirds plenty of times. But this afternoon I had a amazing waiter. I believe his name was Lucas? Anyway great server! Fast, Amazingly Nice! Perfect service!
