Eat This! Bakery - Montgomery

Randi at Eat This Bakery made our wedding cake dreams come true! We wanted some light and freshness for our June wedding and that's exactly what we have. We have planned a tasting and have to taste all the delicious flavors as Randi was so nice and honest about all the information we need to know. The bakery is easy to find and so sweet and imaginable. So cost affordable compared to other bakeries also included with delivery and cake was designed so well with real flowers. Perfect with our cake funnel! Can no longer say great things and will definitely recommend friends and family. Thank you a million Randi <3

My girlfriend and i come here frequently, my favorite is their coffee cake. They make good chai drinks and everyone is friendly and helpful. They also have cute items on the left wall coming in like mugs, small plates and shirts that make good gifts. They have plenty of gluten free options that actually taste good.

Professional and friendly staff, even on the very hectic day before Thanksgiving. They offer a variety of treats, and even have gluten free items available for purchase. I purchased a apple crumble pie, which I will enjoy with tomorrow's Turkey feast. I also purchased two raspberry and cream cheese filled Danishes. The intent was to have with breakfast tomorrow, but it looked so good I couldn't wait to eat mine. I must say it was hands down the best Danish I have ever had! It was almost a heavenly experience and I wish I had purchased more!!! Moral of the story....go for the pie, but indulge in the Danishes;

Local shop that never stops surprising with their beautiful abilities. Not only are their treats tasty, but they can live any of your cake dreams! Randy is really great at what she does and I am happy to recommend her bakery to everyone.

So we wanted to celebrate my stepdaughter and her husband's birthday. The whole family has converted into veganism over a few years. She makes her own bake and I just wanted to surprise her with a cake to be enjoyed without the work. The absolutely beloved vegan cake you made Randi. Like us. It was wonderful.
