This was my first time visiting this Arby's. The beef and cheddar sandwiches were prepared perfectly. Never in my life have I seen an employee dispose of French fries that sat around too long. Decided to get take out for my family again figured I'd try another Arby's to see if this same level of food can be kept and as I found out it cannot, this time I tried the Arby's on Zelda road in Montgomery, Alabama and once again I found an Arby's that does not know how to change oil and apparently they cook their fries and their fish together my fries were burnt and tasted like old oil and my fish was mediocre and... Food was nothing like the advertisement or the pictures on the menu. False advertising.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Only went through drive thru for fries and a coke. Cashier was courteous and did not rush me through my order. Fries were hot and soda was cold. I'm not an Arby's fan but I will go back.
I wanted to try their new sandwich, the hamburger, it was very good. I will get it again. The drive thru was crowded, so I went inside. Service was slow due to not enough people but they did the best they could.
Thief working in the drive through.Stopped and got a milkshake last night. My card was never charged by Arbys. Woke up this morning to a fraud call from my bank. They attempted to a clone of my card at a gas station and Hibbett sports.
