During our five-night stay in ylang ylang we ate most vegan options on the menu, and most of them were very good. vegan caterpillar maki – classic sushi roll. pura vida roll – that the rice is on the inside and the Plantain/Avocado on the outside is strange, but the taste is very nice. namaste roll – but it would have preferred an earthy sauce of a sesame sauce. grilled thai teriyaki tofu – has a little tired of this until I was finished. too much cocosnus (oil taste? still quite good. asian rice noodles a la coconut cream – that tasted too much cocos oil for me, although it was still decent, and I had nothing to eat all this. savory ylang ylang curry – this started impressing, but really grown on my taste buds! excellent! highly recommended! vegan latino nachos – good dish to share! ylang ylang vegan ceviche – really good. have this twice. highly recommended, and they might want to order an additional page of tortilla chips with this. pasta primavera – very fresh vegetables and tasty tiling noodles. pasta a la arrabiata – that was the only dinner I ordered twice, the second time with added vegetables. very recommended! vegan rancheros – we ordered this once, but it was too narrow/saucy. tipico – ordered this with a side of the housed and then mixed everything together. this became our daily breakfast and was pretty good and filled. I love eating plantains tomorrow. I am not sure why they use silk/soft tofu. odd and textured challenging to time. who used silk/soft tofu for something other than baking? hmm. maybe this is just the type of tofu in this area/country? we enjoyed her coffee and some of her cold drinks (especially the ylang ylang lemon bubble.) neither of us were in the Tamarindo juice, and the shakes with cocosnuss were to coconut-y for me, but maybe I just consumed cocosnus lately. I'm sure many people would enjoy them. everything in all this is a wonderful place to eat when they enjoy vegan eating! also the personal and the atmosphere are phenomenal. they're sure to look at this place. (to see more about their food options, visit their website. Note that not all vegan items are listed on the vegan menu
We were here a week. they have many vegan options to choose from. they ran out of tofu for 3 days, but we are very accommodating about adding extra bores or rice to make it straight. they also have courts that do not need to go. at a certain point, we asked for dinge that cannot be made as vegan (pancake and the cook was in the position to make them vegan for us and they were delicious. super place. pretty expensive.
We ate numerous meals while we stayed in the resort. the food quality was exceptional and the service was super friendly. for the breakfast they try the tipico with discarded tofu. for lunch we liked the nachos and the raupenrolle. for dinner were the darkened tofu and the cured sweet with tofu our favorites. the two desserts we loved were the banan chocolate pudding and the chocolate truffles.
Go before it's dark because you have to walk along the beach to reach it. Very beautiful terrasse and view. Good food and service.
