Huddle House - Montevallo

When they go to a huddle house, they do not expect that they eat fine food not even expect that they do not feel restlessly ill after that. However, I have seen this place twice and not even I was called an endearing pet name by a woman with a thick southern accent, nor have I received the covered counted community feeling while eating here.

Great health review and service the food good. shelby county eat, they need our support. parking space: many parking spaces, wheelchair accessible, all diets can be satisfied

If I had got this place 0 stars, I would have. rude, slow and the worst thing I saw in my life. that was my first and last time in a huddle house.

Visited on Sunday afternoon. The place was about half full with customers. Ordered our food and waited, and waited;... after about 30 min of waiting we were informed our food would be right up. Another 25 minutes into it we were told they are out of biscuits so our food will be short . We 've questioned why we were not told hour ago when ordering, where the waitress started making smart jokes in front of everyone saying it wasn 't hour yet, just almost an hour, then continued being rude to us with other remarks.Also they locked the front door more then 40 minutes prior to closing not allowing other customers to come-in. Not only serious fire code violation but also I don 't think it is a part of Huddle House corporate standards.

They are never ever open. How do you expect to stay in business if you never open the doors? As we speak. They have 2 signs outside. 1 sign says closed. Right beside it is another sign that says “we are open 6am to 10pm. Which one is it???
