We got the pan fried buns (10/10) very juicy, pan fried pork and chive dumplings (8/10) tasty juicy but could be more flavorful, pork XLB (3/10) not flavorful nor much soup, bok choy (7/10) it was fine but kinda greasy. I'd love to try noodles next time. I wish they had more drink choices like soy milk. Also would be nice to have some cold dish like a cucumber salad or something. Went on a Sunday afternoon and was se... View all feedback.
What Steve Uscio doesn't like about P P Pop:
I researched on Google Maps for dinner and P.P. POP came up highly recommend. We thought it was good but not great. I thought it was overpriced for what we ordered for dinner. Unfortunately, we will not return. This is our opinion and some customers might think this is acceptable for them. Please try P. P. POP restaurant for your self. View all feedback.
Super clean, well run establishment that serves delicious food for a more than reasonable price!
Best beef noodle soup that is sanitary! I say this because there are some very yummy shops in SGV for beef noodle soup but your stomach would not appreciate them. Really generous with the meat and tendons. The broth is amazing and tastes super authentic. There can be a wait if you come around noon on weekends where they get the lunch rush. I would come here right after they open to dodge the wait. I overheard roughly 30 minutes wait when I was leaving so not sure how bad it could get. They also accept Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards, and obviously cash. I genuinely love this place!! They also have 椰果奶茶(coconut milk tea?? that tastes reminiscent of 五十嵐in Taiwan (50 lan/Wushiland, but the coconut drink isn’t sold in their US locations . A bit sweet but maybe they can adjust it down. I just watered mine down and it tasted great.
I really enjoyed eating here. The food is great. The mango tea is tasty. Really satisfied. I would come back to eat again here. Good service. I appreciate it.
Everything was delicious!! We tried XLB, beef noodle soup, veggies, red oiled wanton
A delicious, more authentic, alternative to the usual Chinese food. Every thing we tried is amazing from the popcorn chicken that has a delicious hint of cumin, to the soup dumplings and the beef roll, the wait for dinner time came before quite long but it’s worth every minute you wait. Dinner for four was around sixty five dollars so, very affordable.
