Boston Market - Monterey Park

This visit was a Very bad experience with the 1.5 hour wait time and quality of food given to me. This was the second time I come here for the Holiday Meal for Thanksgiving and it will be my last. The staff were unorganized, people were being handed the wrong food, some were overcharged and some underhanded, some had to cancel their orders and place them again in order to get their food which caused an even longer wait time. When I received my food at a glance everything looked fine but once I got home to unpack everything, I was surprised to see the Salad and Steamed Veggies expired. I have uploaded pictures to show the proof. This is very disappointing considering how expensive this small meal was. I will never consider returning here after this. Whoever the manager is did a very poor job coordinating the way the service was to be provided to the customer. Not even a free bottle of water was offered for the very long wait time outside or inside the store. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.

I drove two miles there to use the $5 coupon code for a meatloaf meal only to find out it was closed for the day due to technical problem. It should offer the $5 deal to anyone who could show a selfie with the closure note in the following week or month.

They ran out of chicken, the ran out of certain desserts, they didn't inform me they had to replace the chicken I ordered with the basic flavor one. The order was not ready when we got there and we arrived late to pick it up because we stopped at rite aid. I decided to order again today and it was worse than the first time. I ordered all white meat and was charged all white meat, but got the leg portion. The veggies were old at first I thought they were over cooked, but the carrots were under cooked. My camera makes them look better than what they actually looked. They were dark and dirty looking. I got no gravey for my mashed potatoes. They didn't give me the corn breads that come with the 2 meals. The corn bread my daughter got she didn't like because it was soggy. This location used to be great, but their standards are low now and very disappointing. Also be aware I ordered a side of corn and was charged 2.09 with the meal. My daughter wanted a side of corn and we paid 3.99 for a regular. They were exactly the same size.

I had arrived at 9:15pm and me and my family had bought separate meals and they refused to let us eat inside the restaurant, cause a they said they were cleaning the dinning area and they were going to close soon. When its says clear on the schedule closes at 10pm. and charged us for a cup of Nashville sauce on the side so ridicules.

I had the privilege of tasting your Turkey and dressing..wow'..its been years since I have said this about anyones food..thk you.
