Wetzel's Pretzels - Montebello

Seriously the workes here look so miserable no smile just with a poker face. The man making the pretzels is very slow and looks like he hates his job. They didn't have any!! Regular pretzels and we were told we had to wait 20mins because they make them to order. I spent almost $30 on 2 pretzels and 2 cheese sides. Only for the food to be cold I won't spending my money here anymore I'll just head over to Annie's!!!!!

I was ordering when all I hear is a girl in glasses complain on how she dosent want to be there no more and how people were annoying her right in front of me. I found this very unprofessional and ou guys shouldn't hire girls who are just going to complain the whole time.Not only was she complaining loudly but while getting our drinks she left them there and then went to the back with some tall guy and made me wait another couple of minutes this is a very unprofessional worker and shouldn't be working if they are just going to fool around
