Olive Garden Italian - Montebello

The service was wonderful, I believe our waitress' name is Jada. She was a total delight.

We came for dinner on MLK Day, the restaurant was very busy so there was a wait, which we didn't mind. The hostess were pleasant and kept us abreast of our table's availability. When we finally got seated, our waiter immediately greeted us and took our drink and starter order. We had soup and salad, which bother were very good. Of course this comes with their amazing bread sticks, which you can't eat just one. I ordered the herb crusted salmon topped with mushroom with a side of spaghetti. The salmon was bursting with flavors and with the added mushroom took the dish up another level. Overall, we had a pleasant dinning experience and our server was exceptional, he was so attentive although it was a very busy evening. He managed to find time to come around to check on us on several occasions.

Pretty yummyy! Waited around 20 minutes as a walk in and the line moved quickly. We were seated promptly but it took quite a long time for our server to get to us, maybe around 15 min before we could order. Plenty of parking in the Montebello Mall plaza and had chairs outdoors and indoors for waiting. Inside was spacious and clean! I ordered the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo and bf had the shrimp and chicken carbonara. Chicken tortelloni was sooo cheesy. Pasta was cooked just right and had a lot of flavor to it! Chicken was tender and everything was super filling. Bf said the shrimp was really good on his but the chicken was a bit rubbery. We still really enjoyed our meal! We both got unlimited gnocchi soup, salad, and hot bread sticks. Yummy!! The watermelon moscato sangria tasted just like a jolly rancher! Really Sweet but tasted good! Server helped end the night with a complimentary chocolate black tie mousse cake for my birthday. Had a good time here and would come back again :

For a 3-star rated restaurant, this place is packed. Works like a 5-star all around. ignore the 3 stars on the yelp homepage, 5 stars for sure. i've eaten at a ton of restaurants and this is 5 stars. great food. great service. great atmosphere. all staff very attentive. generous portions. great location right next to 60 freeway montebello. staff asks if everything is good, need anything? my husband i and always went to monrovia location, yuck. we found montebello location and it's our home base now. it doesn't get much better.

Food was good, service was amazing, bathrooms were clean, staff super friendly. Why am I giving it a 1 star? Because it was 90's degrees and the AC was not turned on, restaurant was stuffy, poor servers were all sweating and struggling with the heat...common management, can't pinch that many Pennies....Turn on the AC!
