When you cook only with low-end products, it gives a low-end restaurant. At the end it gives infamous, tasteless peasant salads, based on immangeable frozen precooked chicken, pork through which are only a large slice of fat with 3 grams of meat on it or tiramisu that starts to crust on it and liquefie under it... The place is friendly and affordable drinks. However, the waitress was a little unpleasant.
Excellent cuisine, good reception and a pleasant setting in the bastide of Monségur.
We had only 3/4 hours for lunch to 5 people, the challenge was successful! And in addition, very good cooking!
