Ordered a magic box through an app to which the store is connected, but it was canceled order from the store 20min before the withdrawal, while I was already halfway with car. I can't watch mail while driving, so I got to the place in perfect time and I was given nothing. Obviously the payment was refunded to me from the app, but I made 30 minutes drive between return and return to have nothing.. I don't find it right to cancel such an order at the last. However for precaution, if withdrawal is from 7 pm to 8 pm...the next time I will arrive at 7:30 pm so we are sure to be already on delivery time and that there is no problem about it. my review concerns the system that the store has decided to adopt in managing this type of booking. It may also depend on who runs the app and not from the store...but the store did nothing to remedy a situation where a customer had made the way empty. Maybe he's got very good food, but I'm sure he hasn't been given a chance to try it. Maybe he could have sold me something with a minimum of symbolic discount just to not send the customer away empty-handed.

Roberto is an exquisite person . always kind .its products are...the exceptional pizzas .even if I have to make a little km to go to him... I gladly do them.
