Oke Poke - Monrovia

Good. But why does the place smell bad, not fishy but needs air quality improvement. Can you smell it????

I think this is the best poke in the neighborhood. everyone has fresh fish, but the sauces here are on point and hit good. I love the kimchi sauce with the oke house sauce. they even have dole whip at a decent price. now I've been coming here for years, and the price has gone up and it seems they have done away with some items like masago.. but it's still my go to for poke.p.s. I went to another poke location close by to try it out and their sauces weren't even close in comparison.

We had a disappointing experience at Oke Poke Monrovia last night. I did speak with a manager today who explained that there are new policies in place which were mandated by corporate. In the past, if you did not choose to have avocado, you could have an extra scoop of crab at no extra charge. That is no longer the case. Also, for years I have asked for double lettuce when getting a salad with no rice, which used to be available without extra charge. That is also no longer the case. In addition, the manager explained that they have been instructed to give less poke, even though the prices when up 25%!! I ordered 3 scoops of two types of fish. Can you tell from the photo if the tuna or salmon was two scoops? I can't.

What a wonderful experience I had for lunch today at Oke Poke!Eric was a polite young man who greeted everyone with a smile and kindness. He was helpful and knowledgeable of the offerings. The food was delicious and fresh. Bonus: I was able to maintain my keto food plan. I definitely will be back! Thank you Eric.

My favorite poke place in Monrovia. Fish is fresh, many side options (including free avocado?? that's awesome! , and flavorful sauce. Portions can be very generous depending on who's working haha! The service is great. Parking is very easy, located in the Vons grocery plaza.
