Public House continues to enhance its vegan offerings. The new cauliflower quinoa burger is outstanding. They offer vegan cheese on any item, and you can also add tofu to your salad. What User doesn't like about Public House:
To be fair, I visited this restaurant over a year ago and forgot to write a review. I hope my experience was an exception. The waitress didn't seem to understand what vegan options were and we had to make changes to our sandwiches. Additionally, the portion sizes were on the smaller side, and overall it felt quite pricey. However, based on other reviews, it seems they have updated their menu, so I might give it anoth... Why is a restaurant that does not offer vegetarian or vegan options on this app?
This place was quite good from what I tried. I just ordered a salad and a beer. But for under 10 bucks, it was quite satisfying. The salad was pretty good quality too. It was big and had beets in it and they served it with very good dressing. The service was very attentive also. It was very crowded and all of the staff was on the same page. It has quite a cozy diner feel to it too. It kind of feels like a cracker barrel or something. Only this place was alcohol. Overall, I was quite impressed with this place.
My Monroe go-to restaurant. Many house specialties including Brunswick stew. They base their monthly specials on fresh, local produce in season.
Really nice date spot. Food was good and the service was great. Ownership checked on us regularly which we loved. Highly recommend this place.
The Michigan burger was so good!!!! Loved how the fries were presented in a little fryer. Great touch. The sauces for fries were good too. The shrimp and grits was YUMMY!!! The grits were served up almost like a toast. The whole dish was tasty. The Flatbread starter was the perfect size and tasted fantastic. The owner is a hoot!!! We would dine here again.
