Papa John's Pizza - Monroe

I am very discouraged by my experience with Papa-Johns. I talked to the manager Amira about this place and the service we received there. We are regularly here at this point as it opens up what we were very happy because we love Papa John's pizza. She acknowledged that we were regulars based on our order history, but would not refund my money for a thin crust that was basically burned, dry and hard like a brick. It was too hard for each of us to eat. She just wanted to offer me credit. I explained that the pizza was either hit or measures from this place, no matter what we ordered. And we never even complained about everything I want was a decent pizza. Now I have to pay for a pizza we couldn't even eat and a loan we could never get.

Had a deal 1 small for 5 dollars. Can I do that right? It takes 5 minutes, so I thought I'd wait in the car. The cashier brought me out. In the rain

This location has the biggest customer service in every Papa John's pizza I visited. People have amazing sounds from answering phones to delivery drivers. Amazing food, fast delivery and grateful for the pizza delivery in Bullock area. Ty, to expand our way and include us. Every delivery is simply better and better.

Forgot an item on my online order back in March. I called them afterwards and they told me they would credit my account however I just called them to place a carryout order and they have no record of this credit and they tell me they do not deliver to my address which is 1.9 miles away and they have delivered here in the past. What a joke!
