We came to longhorn's motherday. I tried to make a reservation, but was said on Friday morning, they do not make any reservations. they said they would call 30 minutes before the arrival. so I had to be put on the list. I was told to wait two hours, so I checked in when I arrived. so my wait should have been at most 1 hour and 30 minutes. after 3 hours, and the people just board and give one table. I wanted to talk to the manager. she was so rude. about 30 minutes later. my sister wanted to ask what's going on. at this time, one of the 4 people came into the face of my sister, as if he wanted to meet her, in the writing that was a man. I've never seen such a behavior. I've eaten here. but never again. after almost 4 hours we left. I'd never be back.
Waited over an hour to sit only to realize that we were passed on by several people. we have not received an apology or even admit it. the manager acted as if it hadn't happened after we picked it up. completely ignored. I know it's not the server error. I think she covered her back end and sits at a time too many people and therefore we sat and waited with everyone on the table to take our order.
At 16:00 a.m. on 12-Mar-2022 I saw the dame that worked the bar, determined not waiting for me. When I asked her if she wanted to get the job done, she said yes. I then asked well that the reason why we can't give up an order, and their answer was yes. While she just began to clean the dishes from the last customer who sat here before we did, I asked her if we had to wait for her ease and her answer was again yes. it is now 4:28 and she is still here and ignores us. that is by far the worst experience I ever had in longhorns or any restaurant for this occasion. I know this review will be done without answer, but it must be said. future customers do not besides this abuse and continue to spend their hard money with people who do not appreciate a job. keyanna (the worker at the time) they earn neither tips nor a place of employment that involves customer relationships. sincere, the man who was very upset.
We thought they were super busy today to be Valentine's Day. the waitress was super nice, the food was great. so much better than in theham springs la. we will definitely be back. thanks for making our eating experience a great one.
Every time I come the workers forget to put us at a table, and another time there was a mix up with who was get a table and another time we was waiting outside forever waiting on them to notify us when to come in and it was like over an hour wait. Some of the worker look like their heading spinning with stuff to do. But besides that their food is good and they have nice workers. I just believe they are over worked or something.
