After calling at 9:00pm, we were told that the food was on its way. It wasn't until around 9:50pm that we were informed that the food had actually been delivered at 8:30pm. It turns out that the driver had given the delivery to someone outside the house without knocking on the door or confirming the customer's identity. It appears that this person was an opportunistic thief and we will be reporting this to the police.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold and barely edible. The onion bhajis were burnt, the pakora was soggy and oily, and the paratha was greasy and unappetizing. My husband's king prawn curry consisted of six tiny shrimps swimming in oily sauce, while my "Malay" curry was just a chicken curry with canned fruit salad mixed in, complete with grainy pear cubes and soggy cherries. We ended up throwing most of the food away. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant as you'll just end up hungry, unhappy, and out of money. You'd be better off making yourself a simple cheese on toast at home.
