I don't know what went wrong, but my order (for dine-in) came out ice-cold the first time. They said they would fix it, but the second time it still came out cold. Additionally, I ordered steak but they brought me chicken, which was only slightly warm. The sauce on top was separating, indicating that it was frozen and reheated.
