We were driving through town and stopped here randomly on a Saturday afternoon. Despite it being rather dead (maybe 4 tables and 2-3 customers at the bar) There were *far* more staff than customers or so it felt. But despite an over abundance of staff I felt like I was watching a sit comm of over management. You don't need 4 bosses on the clock. Grain is a good place to eat. I had the reuben sandwich and it was good. Typical for many others, but the meat was tender and soft.. Very wheelchair-friendly.

I was here for the first time on a very rainy day. felt warm and cozy as soon as we entered and were greeted with a smile. Great atmosphere and rubies is the best I ever had!!!
Excellent food and very good prices! Selection is amazing, many options and many can be vegetarian. Server very helpful and waiting was not too long. This place seems really popular, but about 15 min was not inappropriate
I love the customer service. Staff is fabulous! 5 stars for customers service. I give 5 stars for my steak! Soooo yummy! Tender, juicy, perfectly medium rare! And my chicken Cesar is good. However, the rest of the menu seems inconsistent? And there are times they overdo the spices. I LOVE spicy! But sometimes they go a bit much. I just feel food is inconsistent. But I do love the steak I had I love the staff!
