This restaurant is away from downtown Moncton but it was close to the B&B where we stayed. The chef/owner, Marc Surette, talks to all the tables. We enjoyed a delicious haddock special. My husband had the tarragon cream sauce that was the special sauce that evening but since I am lactose intolerant the chef was able to accommodate no problem with a delicious pest sauce. Had dropped our daughter off at the airport and found this gem on our way home. Food was full of flavour and the atmosphere was lovely.

Dinner on Tuesday evening listening to an excellent jazz duo. super kind and caring staff. The dishes are tasteful.
We go regularly to Bistro 33 because it's always great! From the Service to the Food and the relaxing atmosphere! Another plus is Marc The owner and head chef always visits every table to spend time with his customers, making the experience very personal!
