Great staff and service, rooms were comfortable and clean. The whole family had a great time, and I would like to go back. The only negative observation I have is the reception staff. They told us that we ring and book pool slots if we didn't, we asked about the resturant for dinner and was told that we could just go, but it was fully booked if we landed in the bar twice, did not have children welcome packs and hadn'... What User doesn't like about Hillgrove Leisure:
To a Christmas party. Eating was late and bland. Toilet stands had no locks on them and were finally served in plastic cups for children's parties. Four stars??? View all feedback.

Very helpful staff and the food was amazing. Big portions and service was very quick. We stayed in room 202. The window overlooked some stairs, so no natural daylight. There was an upside down socket in the room and no sockets near the bed to charge yr phone. The door needed fixed. Bathroom was very spacious and modern but apart from that we had a fabulous stay. I would definitely recommend hotel.
