Tim Hortons - Moffat

The bagel was not fresh.I ask for double toasted and it was not even single toast.And the steep tea was ice cold. Both food and the drink quality was so bad.And the costumer service was even worse.I was waiting for my bagel and she put the bagel on the counter and didn’t tell me that it’s your bagel. After 5min i ask them for my bagel and then she told me it’s been ready from last 5 min.Then i asked her who gonna tell me that my bagel is ready and she was i put it there .she didn’t even said a word that bagel is ready .I don’t have the X-ray machine with me so I can figure out what is inside the cover.And at the end i ended up throwing my bagel and the drink in the garage.I don’t recommend this place and I am not going there again .

This place cant ever get my order right and when you tell them they have messed something up they get defensive and argumentative....side note i have been to this location on several differnt days and time and still every time they make mistakes. Avoid this timmies if you

I had a bad experience with the coffee, it was carelessly made and served as it has coffee grains spilled inside. It felt gross feeling when you are enjoying your morning coffee only so get all the coffee grains in your mouth.NASTY.
