What User doesn't like about The Habit Burger Grill:
I've never had a bad meal at this restaurant. We've dined indoors, and the staff seems genuinely committed to implementing safety guidelines. The burgers are fantastic, but I personally lean towards the healthier option of the garden salad with seared ahi, complemented by their balsamic dressing. The balsamic dressing is delicious, and I get the feeling they might make it themselves, but I can't be certain! View all feedback.
If a place makes them use their money card instead of money that is wrong. they want to place how they have to carry the exact order because they cannot change them lying. if they have to pay the exact because they say they have no change and rounded off on the higher dollar, they steal. I tried to explain that someone change is not different from the person on the other side of the theke who takes one hamburger and eat it without paying for both stealing. the only reason they have four stars because eating is great.
Food was really good! Unfortunately had some outages of some supplies and my usual was not available, but I was quickly let known I could customize to my liking. That worked really well. It was frustrating though that we were waiting for a while with our buzzer, but it never buzzed to let us know our food was ready. We went in and it had been ready for a bit.
I personally don't think their burgers are all that for the price they charge, dry beef, dry buns, but the salads are normally on point. Could be cheaper. Most Habit's are clean with friendly staff, which IS appreciated
The kid taking the orders was the absolute sweetest! He was attentive and quick. The burgers were 5 stars themselves and very very good! We sat outside, nothing was covered by shade. I asked some gentleman that were sitting outside not under shade) if I could move their umbrella and they said no problem. So I moved it so that we would be comfortable. The manager, Lisa, came out and was EXTREMELY rude, and grabbed the umbrella angrily and spoke to either all of us, or no one in general with an extremely rude and overly angry voice that we weren't allowed to move it and put it back. Which, if we were told politely it wouldn't have been any issue. For the remainder of us eating, anytime I needed to go in for a refill she would watch me very carefully. I use a cane and the floors near the soda machine were insanely slippery. To the point my cane couldn't even grip the floor which made it extremely dangerous when my cane slips from under me. Thankfully I was able to catch myself but it wasn't fixed in the duration of my visit. Would love to come back as long as Lisa isn't there! She definitely made no one feel welcome or comfortable! :
My mother and her friend received bad service. My mother found a strand of hair deep in her salad. Employee taking the strand of hair showing it to employees and starts laughing and looking at my mother's hair and casually laughing. Restaurant Employees laughing in the background and while walking behind her. Employee not handing the food to my mom and putting the food to aside and walking away saying nothing. Couple moments after starts casually laughing again. This is not a good restaurant employee service. And the amount of this disrespect is unspeakable. WHAT A SHAME OF MANAGER.
