I, like many others, used to consider Primo Pasta as a budget-friendly pasta restaurant, but their upgraded menu and modern decor have changed that perception. The vegan menu at this restaurant is great! We tried the pizza, children's nuggets, vegan "chik'n parmi," garlic bread, soy cappuccino, and vegan wine. The mock chicken and cheese were big hits. Caffe Primo may not be a dedicated vegan restaurant, but it offers a great selection for vegans. They have a separate vegan menu featuring options like vegan carving, vegan cheese, and vegan aioli. I tried the vegan schnitzel burger with a side of sweet potatoes and it was delicious. I would definitely return to try more of their vegan options. During my second visit, I noticed they had added a vegan muffin to their display at the counter.
The vegan menu at this restaurant is excellent! We tried the pizza, kids nuggets, vegan chikn parmi, garlic bread, soy cappuccino, and vegan wine. The mock chikn and cheese were especially delicious. Although slightly pricey for cafe food, it was still enjoyable. Please note that the white potato chips are not vegan, only the sweet potato chips are. The vegan main meals do not come with a complimentary garlic bread like the non-vegan options, so you must purchase it separately. The vegan wine is clearly labeled on the menu. Overall, the food was very tasty and perfect for a pub-style meal.
Although Caffe Primo is not a vegan restaurant, they are very accommodating to vegans. They offer a separate vegan menu with options such as vegan schnitzel, vegan cheese, and vegan aioli. I tried the vegan schnitzel burger during my visit and it was delicious, especially when paired with the side of sweet potato fries. I would definitely return to try more of their vegan options. On my second visit, I noticed they also had a vegan muffin on display at the counter.

While it may be pricier now, the vegan pizza we tried was outstanding and one of the best in the city. The menu offers a variety of options including burgers, pasta, pizza, and other sides. We were pleasantly surprised by a delicious green vegetable dish served in a tangy oil. The decor was tasteful and stylish, and the staff was attentive. Overall, a great dining experience!
