Fantastic experience, I hope the manager reads these! Our food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was phenomenal. The talented cashier that hand made his own necklace went out of his way to give us the best experience possible. Which was great, because this was my partner's first time trying Jack in the Box! Was here tonight and while ours seemed okay.... we ate inside and overheard the crew start bashing someone in drive thru, then laughing at one another while loudly announcing “I hope you like your burger” while gathering and laughing even louder… so I likely won't come back. Prices are pretty high considering the food they serve, they do have a cheap chicken sandwich which is pretty good though. There was someone smoking inside and I could smell it from the drive through.
Great place overall, would of been 5 stars but their customer service has been slipping lately
Spent 10 minutes standing inside, wating to get the rest of my order, that I didn't receive in the drive through. I finally had to yell and ask if I could get the rest of my order. Because of that the rest of the food was cold.
Food is ok not great and service is always slow even during the slow times
Short handed and orders were backed up. Left without prdering.
