We had the hanger steak and the scallops. Both were fantastic. We also had the “not so average” chips as a starter. They were actually quite average. I wanted to like that the chips came with dips; but the dips really weren’t what you would expect for chips: essentially BBQ sauce, ketchup, and a tangy Mayo with sriracha. What Tony N doesn't like about Gram Dun:
Ambiance was nice, seating was very comfy. We all loved our food. The presentation was nice and food was tasty. Our waitress never smiled or checked on us we had to flag her to order more drinks and she was not conversational and never smiled at all. Almost felt like we had wronged her. View all feedback.
Matthew was superb. Knowledge without attitude. Drinks were unique. Food was eclectic. Well worth the price.
Great dine and excellent food dishes served for the 180+ guest capacity that that attended!!
The brunch was absolutely delightful. Every dish and side was delicious. Our waiter was very pleasant.
Food is very good. Wouldn't call it a relaxed atmosphere, more of a birthday/anniversary situation. Go really early if you aren't into that. Hanger steak is great, served similar to a roast beef texture, huge portion. Tuna tartare is on point.
It was a delight all around! Some of the best food I've had, great service, gorgeous restaurant, and good location.
