First Watch - Missouri

I have only been to the Westport FW, but have gone here for a cpl decades. Not sure where to start, but they really need some attention. I’ve left twice in the past few months because I was sat and never greeted even though multiple servers walked by and gave me the side-eye “not my table” look, for up to 10 or 15 minutes. Great food, great atmosphere and people are always supper friendly. I recommend!

We are from out of town and ordered while on the highway. We accidentally sent the order to a different location but when we showed up at this location the staff didn't think twice about making our food even though it was our error. Food was fantastic and customer service was excellent!!

After waiting outside for 45 minutes, we went inside and ordered food. The waiter said it would take 45 minutes. We waited for 1 and half hours and the food still didn't come. We asked the waiter how long it will take, who was very nice by the way, and he went to check the kitchen. When he came back he told us he would leave if he were us. Sadly, we didn't get to try the food and wasted 2 and half hours. If they can't support feeding the amount of people they had, they shouldn't have let them in … – show

I always hate leaving reviews but I hope my experience today can be a learning experience for the team and not just a negative review.
