This shop boasts getting to “make your own donut.” This lead our family to believe this was a hands on experience. It was not. Donutology allows you to select premade donuts or to customize your donut with different selections. On top of this let down, the donuts tasted more like over cooked funnel cake than donuts. Rude man behind counter gives their customer service 1 star. He almost made me cry while ordering, and I still tipped him because it is the right thing to do. When he finished making my donuts he yelled, “Here you go” and slammed them on the counter. View all feedback.

Donuts just OK and don't go to drive up window they don't service from there

I guess I’m posting this as a former employee? I texted one of the managers that I couldn’t come in for my shift because I had to go to the hospital. Which I did and have the doctors note to prove it. I didn’t receive any reply but was just taken off the schedule. Never worked at a place that would do that. Wouldn’t recommend.
