Hello Javier, I would like to suggest improving customer service at your restaurant. As the manager, you seem like a really cool guy, but at 10:30 it appears that all your workers are just on their phones and not attending to customers. I am surprised that this location is still open. Next time, please assist your customers and contact your customer support center to cancel an order if customers are unable to do it themselves. This is why I prefer Domino's Pizza on Devonshire and Woodley. Just wanted to share this for pizza lovers who hate waiting until the next day for their food when they are hungry. Javier is the manager in the evenings, in case anyone is wondering.
Note to self: avoid this papa johns. Employees don?t wear gloves when making the pizza. Screw all that ?it?ll be cooked off in the oven? mess. Invest in some compostable gloves, nationwide PJs
Unbelievable. We waited over an hour for our pizza. Then I tried calling. Press 2 for ?order status?. Automated reply ?minutes?. Tried calling again with new order. They have caller Id. So they kept hanging up on me. Had my Buddy call on hiscell. They pick right up. He inquired on our pizza. Put him on hold and hung up. Pizza arrived an hour and a half later. Wewould?ve been fine if they would?ve told us or called us or at least answered the phone and responded.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude! I was yelled at by an employee to go outside because I didn't hear them the first time. They also are not consistent with wearing masks. I have been to this location multiple times without wearing a mask, but today I was disrespected in front of all the staff. When I asked another employee a question, he threw his hands up at me. I did not cause a scene, I just wanted to know why today was different because I was genuinely confused. Additionally, there were many employees and no pizza ready.
The service at this restaurant was terrible and the pizza was burnt. Every time I tried to speak to a manager, they hung up on me. I called six times and they kept hanging up on me. I have never experienced this level of poor service before. On top of that, the pizza smelled burnt and it wasn't even cut properly. I will never be returning to this restaurant.
