The service is very good the chicken is hot great people working here I go here at least 2 times a month any size order if big one and your staying in mission or on the move call ahead it will be ready for you really like the service here,
First of all, this location is only a KFC. The photo shows the usual KFC/Taco Bell. This one is weirdly and unfortunately not one of those. I wish it were. The chicken is over priced and they charge extra for a white meat breast. OK, that is common but where do they get these chickens? As chicks? Smallest portions I have seen in years. Try adding some gravy to the gravy and take out some of the salt. Hire some employees that are fluent in English. Fluent means that the customer can understand what they are saying as well as their knowledge of the language. Lastly, and this is for all KFCs. Your menu is confusing and I am not the only patron that had to take up your employees time to decipher how to get 4 pieces of chicken with some fries. I visit Bellingham Washington often and have been to the KFC/TB a few times. The Canadian stores could benefit from checking out the value etc. of the US stores.
Our orders come out wrong everytime and we have to go back in to fix. This trip, our meal was bagged without fries. When I run in to get them I am denied because I don't have a recipt. They didn't even offer me a recipt! Never going here again
I went through the drive through today and was told that I had to wait ten minutes for my food, I told the service worker that I will park and that they can bring it to my car (I parked right in front of the place so that they could see me through the drive through window). When they handed me the food they told me “next time drive around when we tell you to or come inside,” um… what!? What is the point of a drive through then! So you want me to go drive around again and wait behind a bunch of cars again? At every drive through that I’ve been to never have I had to go inside after ordering from my car, they bring it to you, again then what is the point of a drive through. Also when ordering employees seemed confused, and over all the customer service is awful, I would recommend that employees receive customer service training and actually put that into effect.
