Wendy's - Mishawaka

I visited the restaurant around 4 PM, and the dining room was completely empty. Our food was satisfactory and arrived as we anticipated. However, the staff could benefit from additional customer service training.

I'm not sure what has changed, but having lived very close to this restaurant for five years, I've noticed a significant improvement over the past few months! Their service is incredibly fast, and they always get my order correct on the first try. Kudos to the management and staff for doing a fantastic job!
