Found order line long, tried to order by phone. The order was not accepted. So I ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich. When the order was given, they gave me grilled, had to return to correct it. The chicken is gone. Bun engulfs the chicken. Bun is not roasted or heated. I like the sauce. There's nothing else on the sandwich a little pickle or salad would be nice. View all feedback.

Ran from a bunch of teenagers that's not important. sat inside and stood there for over 5 minutes without confirmation. There were over 5 workers. I tried to get their attention three times, was clearly heard, but ignored. I understand that all are desperately hired, but they only put someone with a pulse at this point.
They still have closed inside so you can not order before the time to pick it up unless you want to wait in a 20 min line. Not Curry Senf yet. I suppose they stopped it. Why bothers being the latest pollen in the area if you still have the same problems as all others. Just eat somewhere else, you will eat disappointed at any choice in West miramar or Pines. Whether they lack a sauce you want to close their insides, so you have to wait in a huge line, their chicken is overcooked and dry like hell. Just the worst service you can find. Either way, you'll be upset about something.
The food here is really good, especially compared to other pollos I was. But MAKE SURE to CHECK the bag. 8/10 of my orders ALWAYS have missing some items.
I?ve stayed away from reviewing this location because I was giving it more chances before posting this review. It?s unfortunate how a brand that started as a great service restaurant and food quality, is damaged by the bad service of one location such as store 10249 on Miramar Pkwy. There?s always something wrong with either the order or the service. This time I was charged for an extra topping I requested and was not served. Before, it?s been the bad service at the drive-thru, the dine-in being closed and not announced in any place on their website, phone number or google business. I hope someone at corporate does something about the bad management at this location because it?s a shame for the Pollo Tropical brand.
