Pizza Hut - Minot

A rocky start to say the least! We were the only dune in customers and it took 45 minutes and the pizza was still wrong. I understand we were on a Friday night and in 't the norm more, but that seems crazy. However, the meal reduced and apologised, which is in Minot, where usually you hear that's only Minot .

Twice now, I have shown up after being notified when my pizza was ready, told them my name, paid, and waited for my pizza to be cooked. On top of that, once finished it was put in the warmer where I stood waiting to be notified my pizza was ready. This has now happened twice. The staff is clearly not paying attention to customer service. The pizza is fine, once you get it.

The staff isnt rude per se, they 're just not attentive to customers. EVERY time I go in they finish what they 're doing before any acknowledgment. No hello or be right with you. Also, the last time I was there...yesterday none of the staff wore gloves to prepare the food...I saw both workers dig in the toppings bare-handed. Maybe that 's how they do it at Pizza Hut idk but I recommend going to the Southside PH here in minot. If they 're gonna touch all over my food at least give me good customer service ya know!

I ordered 1 meaty marinara pasta at around 11:15 last night, March 11th. I did not get a confirmation email until 4am. It says my delivery was supposed to come at 11:50pm. The delivery guy did not get to my door until 12:30am. Which by that time I made myself a frozen pizza thinking they must of either skipped or forgot about my order because they close at midnight. I was just very disappointed with my Pizza Hut experience.

Went and ordered 2 adult drinks, 4 kids drinks, cheese sticks, 3 personal pan pizzas, and a stuffed crust pizza. Waited 20 minutes and got cheese sticks, then waited 20 more minutes and got our ticket. Then I went up to the counter to asp what happened to the pizzas . Got sick of waiting (from the time that the ticket was put In until the time I left was 40 minutes, and probably 20 minutes before that we were waiting to put our order in) Asked the guy at the till if I am supposed to pay for this because I only got 1/3 of my order .Wife's asked if we were getting helped and if not we were leaving. Nobody answered. Like talking to a brick wall. So we left.
