What User doesn't like about Paradiso Mexican Minot:
One hour waiting for our food, one of the three orders was the wrong duck. The waiter did not offer to correct it. All three meals were cold. The paprika for the Fajitas were not sizzling or even remotely cooked, and it was loaded with dill?? We decided not to risk food poisoning and did not eat the cold foods. Another Paradiso site in the books. Unbelievable service and food was fantastic. I was in a hurry and I wasn't disappointed. Minor mixed up where I went to the bathroom and returned to find my table. LOL! Don't worry because my meal hasn't come out yet. I finished in a minute with a fresh drink, chips and salsa. Unfortunately, there is no big truck parking space here, so I have hidden mine on the back of the lot. I'm glad I could express myself in this short visit.

We come from Arizona and I have been consistently disappointed with the Mexican food options of North Dakota, but I was decently surprised and happy that they have the crushed beef and pork options here, and you can choose if you want red or green sauce. I can't stand these places that serve only soil beef. We will soon be here again, the only thing that is missing is horchata, but I think it's not easy to find in these parts!
Good food. The Queen Blanco is very good, and I am a great fan of seafood enchilada.
Great service, great friendly staff. The bar also has good drinks. I have to say I like the food and I have ordered things I don't know what it was and I enjoyed every bite.
Not bad, but I've had better. All of our meals were missing sauces, took a long time to get anyone to take our money, and they weren't busy. I'm guessing it's usually better though. I'd give it another chance.
