This McDonald's is by far the best I was in the United States of America. I had an experience where I left my wallet at home and the one card I grabbed had expired. The employee Matthäus Komma, without hesitation, pulled out his own wallet and took care of my sandwich, one I remained speechless. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I have to say that this visit was quite underwhelming. Everything went smoothly at first, but we found that our order was missing a cheeseburger from the two-cheeseburger meal. 33 minutes for a burger fries and a coke. Fries were barely warm and the ice in my drink was almost all melted (probably poured 32.5 minutes before my food was ready). This is multiple times with slow service and there won't be another. Use the other Minot locations if you can.
Totally forgot to put our 20 piece nuggets in our order. We were already on the west side of Minot heading home before we discovered it. We called and they are supposed to send us some coupons or something in the mail. Not holding my breath on that. The guy bringing food out to the cars was vaping.
The amount of times they forget items in my order or forget to give the the drink is crazy I understand that the fast food industry is hectic but come on it’s almost everytime I go there whether their busy or not
I put it a mobile order at 3:45 thinking it would be quick since I had an appointment at 4:30. Was very wrong. I ordered fries and a mocha, thats it. It took half an hour to get my stuff and I was almost late for my appointment. Really really slow.
Service at the monitor was poor. And it felt like they didn't care at all about the customer. Came there for just fries sat in drive-through for 45 and asked for cook to order fries and most definitely wasnt right. Called went back and again failed at my request. So went in to get money back. I wont be returning to this McDonald's location again. Poor service and management
