Ordered some food. As you can clearly see, some items are missing. I called the store to let them know about the missing items and they just told me it?s not their issue call Uber for a refund. Never was I given an option to swing by and pick up the missing items, or any effort made by the afternoon manager to rectify the situation. 01/30/22 update Shake shack continues to disappoint I just went to give them another... Amazing! I recommend Shake Shack. It's expensive, but worth every penny. The burgers were the BEST for a burger chain. The Smokeshack was a little zip, but full of taste. Large thick bacon with fresh, lively cherry whips. The Shack Burger was picturesque with fresh red tomatoes and lively green salad. The Shakes with Custard are from the charts. They remained thick and thick. Great fat flavors. And this place was clean inside. If you are looking for an amazing Burger experience, try it here. Shake Shack's food and shakes are truly spectacular.
Favourite Burger place hands down. They are burgers amazing, they offer bomb cheese sauce for pommes and they have homemade ranch diving. new buffalo crispy chicken burgers is the best not to mention they serve alcohol. I'll stop when I visited Southdale or just in the area. 12/10
We came after a visit to Fairview, our favorite place. The staff is so beautiful, orders come fast, and the terrace is absolutely beautiful in summer! Alcohol available- beer wine, but cannot be delivered for delivery orders. But good options! If you don't try Shake Shack you must, Picky-Kiddo Chicken Bite Riding Approved!!
